Morning of August 7, 2009, Prof. Wang Zhengping, Director of Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Lv Daoqiang, Director of Yantai R&D Center, Henkel and Prof. Liu Jianying, Director of Bio-nano System Laboratory, Microtechnology and Nanotechnology Department, Sweden Chalmers University were invited to give lectures about the use of nano-materials in the electronic packaging technology at CET.
