Mr. Zheng Li joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2019. He was appointed as a Director of the Board for JCET and certain subsidiaries of the Company on September 26, 2019. Mr. Zheng received his master’s degree in Financial Economic Management from the University of Tokyo. He has over 30 years of experience working in IC companies in the United States, Japan, Europe, and China. Prior to joining JCET, Mr. Zheng served as Global Senior Vice President of NXP, President of NXP Greater China, and CEO of Renesas Greater China and other senior management positions. Currently, He also serves as SEMI International Board Director. Mr. Zheng has been recognized on the 2025 Extel Asia Semiconductor Best CEOs List and the 2023 Forbes China Best CEOs List.

Mr. Peng Qing was appointed as Non-Independent Director of JCET on May 16, 2025, and as the Executive Vice President of the Company on May 31, 2025, responsible for risk management and compliance, human resources, infrastructure and power management, as well as EHS. Mr. Peng has extensive experience in corporate management and the semiconductor industry. He has previously served as Director, Assistant President, and Assistant General Manager of China Resources Microelectronics Limited, as well as a senior executive at China Resources Chemical Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. He holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Liang Zheng was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Non-Independent Director of the Company on November 29, 2024, responsible for financial management, capital management, and investor relations. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Board Secretary, and Assistant President of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as well as General Manager of the Finance Department at China Resources Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr. Liang holds a bachelor’s degree in Monetary and Finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics, and a master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in the U.S. and also a member of CPA Australia (ASCPA).

Mr. Keith McDonnell was appointed as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of JCET on March 10, 2025, responsible for legal affairs, compliance and government relations. He has over 25 years of experience working at semiconductor and technology companies in the United States, China, Japan and Europe. Mr. McDonnell previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Arm China; Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for Americas of Midea Group; General Counsel for Asia Pacific of Freescale Semiconductor; and held positions in various regions for Philips Electronics. Mr. McDonnell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. He is a member of the State Bars of California, Illinois and New York.

Ms. Jessica Wang joined JCET on October 18, 2021, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of HR experience prior to joining JCET, Ms. Wang held various senior HR positions in several Fortune 500 multinational companies, serving as Head of HR for Asia and China. She also served as HR Vice President for a large China-based conglomerate, overseeing global functional management. Ms. Wang has a proven track record in organizational culture development, talent motivation and growth, and leadership development. Ms. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a postgraduate certificate in Practical Psychology from East China Normal University. Additionally, she is currently pursuing a Global Doctorate in Business Administration at Emlyon Business School.

Ms. Xu Lifen was appointed as Senior Vice President of the Company on November 29, 2024, with responsibility for strategy development and strategic project management. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Xu served as Deputy Director of the Strategy Management Department of China Resources Group. She also held positions at several internationally renowned consulting and investment advisory firms, where she developed deep expertise in strategic management methodologies and gained extensive experience in major project investment and execution. Ms. Xu holds a master’s degree from Zhejiang University.

Ms. Lucy Lu was appointed as Senior Vice President of China Sales at JCET Group on March 20th, 2024. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Shanghai Normal University. Ms. Lu has over 20 years of experience at ASE Shanghai and ATX Group, where she held senior management positions in customer and technical services, sales and marketing, operations management, and supply chain management. She possesses extensive experience in the OSAT industry, with in-depth expertise in technology and customer service management.
